Terms and Conditions
- No more than 8 occupants allowed to stay overnight.
- There is parking available on the street directly in front of the cabin.
- No smoking, including vaping, marijuana, cigars etc.
- Landlord provides bath towels, linens, cookware, cutlery, dishes, utensils, cups, salt & pepper. Guest must supply their own beach towels.
- The burning of candles or other similar open flame sources anywhere on the premises is prohibited.
- There shall be no refunds of rents owed due to shortened stays, either by volition or violation of any of terms of the agreement, or due to acts of nature.
- Prior to granting access, a Terms and Agreement form must be signed and returned to the Landlord.
